Heavy rains and hailstorms have claimed lives of at least six people in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and the adjoining Federally Administered Tribal Areas on Wednesday.
Fatalities include three women who died when the roof of a house collapsed due to the heavy rains in Zangali area. Two kids were also wounded and are having treatment at the Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar.
Similarly two sisters were killed when the roof of a house caved in at a village in the Haleemzai tehsil of Mohmand Agency, The News International has written. A man was killed and two children sustained injuries in Khyber Agency.
The floodwater washed away 30 boats and 40 makeshift hotels selling fish and built on the banks of the river Kabul.
