At least 78 people have been killed when heavy rains caused the river Liboriana to burst is banks, triggering the landslide in Colombia.
Landslide has damaged houses of more than 500 people, Reuters has written quoting the national disaster unit. About 1,000 people have been evacuated to nearby shelters.

According to BBC, the landslide disaster occurred at 03:00 local time (08:00 GMT) on Monday when most of the residents were asleep and there was no prior warning.
Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has declared a state of emergency after visiting the affected area on Monday.
Last November, floods and landslides in Colombia claimed lives of dozens of people. Flooding and landslides had kept five of Colombia’s 32 states on red alert.
