Uganda storm death toll rises 29, more than 600 houses destroyed

The death toll from last week's storm in Lake Albert in Buliisa District of Uganda has risen to 29. The storm has destroyed more than 600 houses.

Search operations are still going on, Daily Monitor has written quoting the district police commander, Mr John Rutagira.

Three days ago, a fresh storm hit Nyamukuta Sub-county, destroying 392 houses and injuring three people.
