The Nebraska statewide tornado drill has been scheduled for March 24, 2016 this year.
The tornado drill is part of severe weather awareness week which will take place Thursday at 10 a.m., Nebraska Emergency Management Agency said.
Earlier, Nebraska statewide tornado drill 2016 was set for March 23. It has been now been rescheduled a day later because of a forecast calling for severe weather in parts of Nebraska.
Similarly, the Iowa statewide tornado drill will be also taking place on Thursday, March 24, 2016 this year.
