USGS has downgraded the magnitude to 4.6.
According to GDACS, there are 360,485 people within 100 km. People of Chula Vista, El Cajon , Ensenada, Imperial Beach, La Jolla, San Diego, Spring Valley and Tijuana are reporting light to weak shaking. Earthquake in Baja California today was well felt in parts of Mexico and United States of America.

M 5.2 moderate earthquake shakes Baja California, Mexico today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake's epicenter was located 44 km N of Camalú.
Tremor was felt as far as San Diego.
