Flash flood in Kenya has claimed lives of at least twelve people causing widespread destruction of property and infrastructure in Kajiado County.
Flash flood swept away two women near Dawamu School on Saturday at Oltepes area near Kiserian. The 10 others lost their lives while traveling on Sunday night in the same region, Xinhua reported.
Areas near major rivers are kept on high alert and local residents are advised to move to higher ground.
