According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), latest hailstorm in Singapore isn't related to cloud seeding in Indonesia.

Storm has damaged roofs, downed trees and damaged cars in Bukit Batok.

Heavy rains and gusty wind have caused hailstorm in Singapore, local medias reported.
Hailstorm occurred around 3 pm today in western Singapore including Jurong and Bukit Batok, the Yahoo Singapore News said.

Singapore is already experiencing worst haze in history. According to the Environment and Water Resources Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, a task force comprising 23 agencies has been made to deal with the situation and draw up contingency plans.
