Tornado in Vero Beach in Florida has damaged 20 homes on Tuesday afternoon. Heavy storm laos damaged cars and toppled tress.
The National Weather Service office in Melbourne reported a new record rainfall in Vero Beach of 9.78 inches through 7 p.m., making it the wettest day in the city's history, WFTV reported.
